I haven't updated in like a week. A lot has been going on in that week.

Wednesday I visited UT. It's pretty much amazing. I'm in love with the campus. At this point I'm basically not gonna accept any other college. It's UT or nothing...well, not nothing, but u get the point. I'll be devistated if I don't make it in, I've loved this place since I was 8. One of the best parts of it is that I'll be reallllly close to my grandparents and my uncle and everything. Cuz I really don't wanna get too far out of my comfort zone for college. So if I don't make it into UT then I'll probably stay in NY. I used to always tell myself that I was gonna get as far away as I could for college just to be by myself and start new somewhere... but that idea died like a year or 2 ago. Now I don't wanna get too far away from what I know. But who knows, maybe I'll change my mind again.

All last week Shawny Boy was in Sea World at an Adventure Camp, being cool and making me reallllllly jellous. No, not because he was hanging out with cute girls almost all day everyday for a week,that didn't bug me, but because the loser got to pet dolphins, swim with them, pet penguins, jump into a shark cage, SCUBA dive, snorkle and do allllllll of this crap that I would like...give my left pinky toe to be able to do. I almost got to go myself, but it was basically the trip or the car. Yeah, I needed the car. But, I'm glad my Dork had an amazing time... even if he did forget my keychain  And now he's off to Galveston Texas to visit his future college and go to the greatest water park in the universe. The boy is really gettin around this summer.

I'm reminded daily that my time in TN is ending soon, and it's killing me. We had this big shop meeting this morning with our boss, Art, and toward the end of the meeting my Grandma reminded everyone that my last day is in a week. So all day everyone kept giving me hugs saying they're gonna miss me and they don't wanna see me leave and all this stuff. I'm gonna miss everyone when I leave (even one of the pain in the ass cooks who does nothing but give me a hard time) they're all like family to me and I'm so happy I've gotten to have this amazing experience with all these great people, not just once, but twice. But oh well, I'm not gonna worry about the amount of time I have left, I'm just gonna enjoy every day of it while it's here.

Don't get me wrong, I miss all of u in NY massively,of course.

Despite the fact that I don't want my time here to end, I can't wait for August 27th. I got tickets for Shawn and I to go see The Black Eyed Peas at the fair. It's the first concert I'll have been to since.. Garth Brooks when I was like 7. Yeah, sad, I know. And it's Shawn's late late late late late B-day present from me, so now I don't have to worry about buying him something that he probably wouldn't like anyway. So it's money well spent and I'm pretty damn excited.
